Cole Bryan
Hometown Realty is proud to have West Point native, Cole Bryan, join our team as a Realtor.
Cole grew up in West Point and went to school at Hebron Christian School and Mississippi State University. After college, he and his wife, Neely, spent some time in New York before returning home to West Point in 2016.
Cole is very involved in his community. He has spent the past few years helping build a non-profit called The Mission which helps and houses individuals with substance use disorder. In addition to being a real estate agent, he also serves as the director of Dream Center Golden Triangle with a mission to transform our community by finding needs in the poorest neighborhoods and filling them. Their flagship program to date is Bedz4Kidz where they're building and placing beds in homes for children who don't have a bed of their own.
When asked why he loves real estate, Cole said, "I’ve always been fascinated that a person can own a piece of land. And if he chooses can build something on it or work toward a larger development vision. Every structure you see first existed in someone’s mind, and to me, that’s very cool. I initially got into real estate because I wanted to own and improve a property. As time went on, I also wanted to be a part of responsible land development."
Cole enjoys spending time with Neely, his nieces - Kayleigh and Lexie - and his pitbull, Bronx. He is an avid golfer who believes it is the greatest sport that will ever exist. When it is too cold for golf, he enjoys hunting and cooking wild game. Speaking of food, Cole's favorite snack is a fresh garden tomato sandwich (see the recipe below), fresh shucked gulf oysters on the half shell with a lemon wedge, and his favorite food to prepare is seafood gumbo with french bread.
Cole's Fresh Garden Tomato Sandwich:
